I know I haven’t posted anything about Thanksgiving, but don’t think I’ve forgotten about it! This year is the “away” year for the girls—they all went to their in-laws for Thanksgiving Day. So Sterling and I had a quiet day at home. I even took a two-and-a-half-hour nap; I can’t EVER remember taking a nap for that long!
Believe it or not, we didn’t even have turkey! But don’t feel sorry for us—we are planning a full-blown Thanksgiving dinner, with turkey and the works, tomorrow, and I think most of the family is coming. That will really be our Thanksgiving celebration.
Another thing I did on Thanksgiving was go to yoga, believe it or not! I couldn’t even believe they had a class, but when I saw they did, I was so there! I’ve been trying to go as often as possible, and I made it four times this week. I was hoping for six, but Monday morning I had a meeting and Wednesday morning I was flying to Florida to hand-deliver a Starter Kit to our 10,000th recruit!
I’ve mentioned before how much I love Bikram yoga—it’s so relaxing and seems much less strenuous than so many forms of exercise, and yet it really is a wonderful workout! I’m a huge fan, and I’m trying to go as often as I can because it’s starts the day out so great! It’s nice to be home a little more the last couple of weeks so I can fit it into my schedule.
