A friend recently lost her father rather unexpectedly, and as I talked to her, she mentioned the many things she was trying to get done: Arrange travel to her parents’ home (they live out of state), make funeral arrangements, reschedule things on her calendar, comfort her mother. . . her to-do list was definitely long!
One of the things she mentioned was making thank-you cards to send to those who had reached out in love and support in so many different ways. While I couldn’t help her do anything else, that one I could take care of, so I told her to check that off her list and I’d send her a batch of cards by the end of the week.
Here’s the card—quick, easy, elegant. I made 40 of them in no time. . . didn’t get tired of the card, enjoyed stamping (I always do!), and thought this might make a great Make & Take for my demonstrator friends. You can re-create it as it is, change the color palette, switch out an element. . .whatever you want.
So I thought I’d share. . .
