North America Inspire. Create. Share. 2015

Hi there! This is Sara taking over the blog so I can share a little bit about our most recent event here in North America.

What a whirlwind three days!

We began the event Thursday morning with “The Daily Share” talk show, where we introduced our brand new holiday catalog. I thought this was a really fun way to share the products in the catalog, and it also gave demonstrators the chance to get acquainted with some of the wonderful people who work at Stampin' Up!

During the afternoon, demonstrators enjoyed classes, the Demonstrator Theater, the Gathering Place, and Product SpotLight, to name a few. Everyone was on a specific track, so no one missed anything.

Awards Night was a highlight for me. The costumes and energy were amazing and I think that carried over into the rest of the event. It was so fun to see everyone dressed up and to recognize those who earned some remarkable distinctions.

I spoke on Friday morning and it was a bit emotional for me. I shared some personal thoughts and experiences and was so humbled by the kindness shown me. We really do have the best demonstrators and employees ever!

We continued Friday with track rotations, stamping presentations, announcements, and an afternoon general session.

Saturday morning we heard from Rich and had two more awesome stamping presentations to highlight the holiday catalog. This was the end of Inspire. Create. Share. for most demonstrators except for those attending our very first CentreStage Leadership event.

CentreStage Leadership gave leaders an opportunity to synthesize what they had learned over the course of Inspire. Create. Share. 2015, share with others, and make a plan for moving forward in their personal business and with their teams. We also heard a wonderful keynote address by the talented Jenna Glover.

This was such a fantastic event, and I want to thank all of our employees,  demonstrators, and other crew members for all they do to make Stampin' Up! such an amazing company and culture to be a part of.

We’ll see you all in November!
