A Spring Thing Challenge

Our temperatures in Utah have been unseasonably warm the last few days (although today was a bit chilly), and just returning from Hawaii hasn’t helped much! I’ve definitely got spring on the mind. I’m thinking about spring, looking forward to spring, wanting spring! So it only makes sense that spring is the theme for the next SoShelli.com Creative Challenge.

I know it’s not spring everywhere in the world, and I hope those of you who are actually heading into colder weather will forgive me. But even if it’s not spring in your part of the world—or if you live in a part of the world that never experiences spring—I’m sure you can create wonderful spring thing projects!

I’m excited to see what you submit. Cards, pages, projects, whatever. The sky’s the limit—as long as it’s warm and beautiful! The deadline will be March 31. And I’ll be posting the winners to the Sale-A-Bration Challenge in the next few days. Thanks for sharing your creativity with me—and the thousands who look at your artwork.

This card was part of my March 1st class. I needed something spring-like and my ladies who came loved it.

I know Spring is flowers and butterflies. But to an Irish Girl like me, it means "wearin' of the green" I hope you enjoy these.
Happy Spring and Happy St. Patrick's Day.

How 'bout this bright, bold creation? Puts some colors in our snowy landscape (Spring is nowhere near here in Quebec):

Nothing says spring like Easter! I love the new Egg-Cellent stamp set from the occasions mini, and I couldn't wait to play with it.

With 80 degree weather in Texas this week, we're definitly feeling the Spring Thing.

I am really proud of how this stationery box and card organization came out. It's super easy with the Sunshine Garden Simply Scrapping kit.The colors and the paper really say Spring.

Here's another link to the Sunshine Garden stationery box where you can see the cute butterfly faux bulletin board. I love running the cork sheets through the Big Shot for such a fun effect.
